Nearly three decades behind the counter

Ramakrishna Reddy Bhaskar Reddy, our founder, has spent close to 30 years as a pharmacist and druggist in Bengaluru, and Bhaaskar Medicals has served families from its own counter since 2017. Many customers have trusted his advice for most of those years.

"Bhaaskar" means the sun. Like the sun, a good neighbourhood pharmacy is simply there every day: for the midnight fever, the monthly diabetes refill, the new parent who isn't sure which syrup is right. We built this website so that the same care reaches people who can't always come to the store.

What hasn't changed

  • A registered pharmacist checks every prescription before anything is packed.
  • We buy only from authorised distributors and store medicines the way the label says, including cold-chain items like insulin.
  • We never send medicine that expires within 30 days.
  • If we don't have something, we'll find it. Thirty years in the trade means we know who to call.
  • You can always speak to a person who knows medicines.
