Bhaaskar Medicals ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect - Contact details: name, phone, email, delivery addresses - Health information you share with us: prescriptions, patient names and ages, lab bookings and consultation details - Order and payment records. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner Razorpay; we never see or store your full card number - Basic technical data such as IP address and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working

Why we use it - To dispense medicines lawfully, which requires a pharmacist to check your prescription and us to keep records required by the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules - To deliver orders, send bills and updates, and remind you about refills you set up - To prevent fraud and keep the website secure - To send offers, only if you agree; you can opt out from any email or your account

Who sees it Your prescriptions are seen only by our pharmacists and authorised staff. We share delivery details with courier partners, payment details with Razorpay, lab booking details with our partner lab, and consultation details with the consulting doctor. Questions you type in the website chat are stored to help us improve answers. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it Prescription and sales records are kept for the period required by law (at least 3 years for Schedule H1 records). Other data is kept while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing bhaaskar@bhaaskarmedicals.com. Some records must be kept by law even after you close your account.
