Prescription medicines
Prescription medicines are sold only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Our pharmacist may refuse or reduce a quantity if a prescription is unclear, expired, or the quantity is unsafe. We do not sell Schedule X or habit-forming medicines online.

Prices
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We never sell above MRP. If a price is shown incorrectly, we'll contact you before processing the order.
Orders
An order is accepted when it is confirmed (after payment, or after prescription approval). We may cancel orders that look fraudulent, and will refund any amount paid.
Doctor consultations and lab tests
Consultations are provided by independent registered doctors and are not for emergencies. Lab tests are processed by our partner laboratory.
Liability
We are responsible for dispensing the right product as per your prescription. We are not liable for outcomes of self-medication or for misuse of products.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
