Questions, answered

Orders

How do I place an order for medicines?

Search for your medicine by name or salt, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. If any item needs a prescription, you will be asked to upload one before the order is confirmed. You can also upload a prescription directly and our pharmacists will add the medicines to your cart for you to review.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order from the My Orders section any time before it is packed and dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, but you can refuse delivery or contact our support team for help. Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are processed to your original payment method.

How do medicine substitutes work?

If a prescribed brand is unavailable, our pharmacist may suggest a substitute with the same salt, strength and dosage form. We will never substitute any medicine without your consent. You can accept or decline the suggestion, and you may wish to inform your doctor about the change, especially for long-term medicines.

Prescriptions

How does prescription verification work?

Every prescription you upload is checked by a registered pharmacist before your order is processed. The pharmacist confirms that the prescription is valid and that the medicines and quantities match it. If anything is unclear, we will call you or ask for a clearer copy before dispatch.

What makes a prescription valid?

A valid prescription must show the doctor's name and registration number, the patient's name, the date, the medicines with their dosage, and the doctor's signature or stamp. Handwritten and printed prescriptions are both accepted if they are clear and legible. Prescriptions that are very old, incomplete or unclear may not be accepted.

Are there medicines you do not sell online?

Yes. As required by law, we do not sell Schedule X medicines or other habit-forming and narcotic drugs online, even with a prescription. Certain other restricted medicines may also be unavailable for online orders. Our pharmacists can guide you on the nearest way to obtain them safely.

Is my prescription and health data kept private?

Yes. Your prescriptions, reports and health details are stored securely and are seen only by the pharmacists, doctors and staff who need them to serve you. We do not sell your personal or health data to anyone. You can view or delete uploaded prescriptions from your account at any time.

Delivery

How long will delivery take?

For listed pincodes in Bengaluru, we offer same-day or next-day delivery depending on the time you order and stock availability. For the rest of India, orders are usually delivered within 2–6 working days. The expected delivery date is shown at checkout after you enter your pincode.

How do you deliver medicines that need refrigeration?

Cold-chain items such as insulin and some vaccines are packed in insulated boxes with cool packs to keep them at the right temperature during transit. These items may be available only for select pincodes with fast delivery. Please refrigerate them as soon as you receive them and check the packaging at the time of delivery.

Payments

Is cash on delivery (COD) available?

Yes, cash on delivery is available for most pincodes, subject to order value limits. You can pay the delivery agent by cash or UPI at your doorstep. If COD is not available for your pincode or order, the option will not appear at checkout.

Will I receive an invoice with my order?

Yes. Every order comes with a GST invoice that lists each medicine along with its batch number, expiry date, manufacturer and price. A digital copy is also available in the My Orders section of your account. Keep it for your records, insurance claims or future reference.

Returns

Can I return medicines after delivery?

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once delivered, except when the product is damaged, wrong, expired or close to expiry. In such cases, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, its batch and expiry details, and the invoice. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved, it is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. For COD orders, we will refund to your bank account or UPI ID after you share the details. You will receive a notification when the refund is processed.

Lab tests

How does home sample collection for lab tests work?

Choose your test or package, pick a convenient time slot and confirm your address. A trained phlebotomist will visit your home with sealed, single-use collection kits and follow standard hygiene practices. Please follow any fasting instructions shown on the test page before the visit.

When and how will I get my lab test reports?

Most reports are ready within the time shown on the test page, usually 12–48 hours after sample collection. You will receive the report by SMS, email and in your account. Some specialised tests may take longer, and we will let you know if there is any delay.

Consultations

Can I get a refund if my online consultation does not happen?

If the doctor does not join your consultation, or it is cancelled from our side, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule free of charge. If you cancel at least a few hours before the appointment, the fee is also refunded. Refunds are not available once a consultation has been completed.

Are online consultations suitable for emergencies?

No. Online consultations are meant for non-emergency health concerns, follow-ups and advice. For emergencies such as chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe bleeding or loss of consciousness, please call 112 or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Account

How do I create an account and manage family members?

You can sign up using your mobile number and a one-time password. Once logged in, you can add family members, save addresses and store prescriptions and reports for each person separately. This makes it easier to reorder medicines and book tests for your whole family.
