Returns and refunds

Medicines For your safety, medicines can't be returned once delivered, because we can't be sure how they were stored after leaving our pharmacy.

We will replace or refund an item if:

• it arrived damaged, tampered with or leaking
• you received the wrong product, strength or quantity
• it expires within 3 months of delivery and this wasn't agreed with you
• it is missing from your order

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery at bhaaskar@bhaaskarmedicals.com, with your order number and clear photos of the product, batch number and expiry date. Keep the item in its original pack.

Other products Unopened health devices, wellness and personal care products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original sealed packaging. Opened products can only be returned if they are defective. Devices covered by a manufacturer warranty are serviced by the manufacturer.

Items we can't take back Cold-chain products such as insulin and vaccines, opened personal hygiene products, baby food, and anything without its original pack.

Cancellations You can cancel an order from the order page until it is packed. After that, please call us.

Refunds Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery refunds are paid by UPI or bank transfer, or as wallet credit if you prefer.
