Where we deliver We deliver across Bengaluru with our own delivery team, and across India through courier partners. Some remote pincodes may take longer.

How long it takes - Bengaluru express: same day for orders placed before 4 pm, otherwise next day - Bengaluru standard: next day - Rest of Karnataka: 2–3 days - Rest of India: 3–6 days

Orders with prescription medicines are dispatched after our pharmacist has verified the prescription.

Delivery charges Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. Below that, delivery costs ₹49. Express delivery in Bengaluru costs ₹49 extra. Bhaaskar Care members get free delivery on every order.

Cold-chain items Insulin and other temperature-sensitive products are delivered only within Bengaluru, in insulated packs, so they stay at the right temperature.

Tracking You get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. You can also track it anytime from the Track order page.
